- Do you offer a free trial?
- Yes! Every business is eligible for a 30 risk free trial. No credit card required.
- What happens after my free trial ends?
- After 30 days, you'll need to decide if Tap For Service is a good fit for your business. You'll have the option to export your data if you do not wish to continue.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No long term contracts here! We charge on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at any time. Your client, order, and payment data can be exported at any time. Annual contract are available and optional.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit, debit, or bank ACH payments.
- Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

- Are there any set-up fees?
- We cover the cost of any migration of set-up fees with your business. Our goal is to make it stress free and easy to start using Tap For Service.
- What if I collect payment outside this platform?
- Cash, in person, and services rendered outside the platform are not included in your monthly revenue.
